Fifteen police cadets, fourteen men and one woman, suffer through the worst day of their training, their hell day. The cadets are shocked with tasers, maced, tear-gassed, and put through a seemingly endless battery of physical endurance tests by their hardened instructor. They earnestly and eagerly sacrifice their dignity and physical well-being in order to prove to themselves that they are prepared to serve the public as police officers.
