BRIAN MUNA SHORT FILMS (LUTHER, MADAM, PLASTIC BAG)

“Madam,” centers on a respected and beloved political figure that doubles as a madam in a successful underground sex laboring industry. This character-‐driven piece highlights the topic of human sex trade, which serves as the main backdrop of the film’s premise. Each of the characters in the film adds a sense of realism to the story exploring the underlying theme of violence against women and the essence and value of life. The circumstances, although written as a fiction, are glimpses of truth that not only affect the world globally, but also are prevalent on the island of Guam.
